CANDLE CARE
Our pure plant (soy, coconut and botanical blend) wax burns clean, unlike petroleum wax, so it won't leave soot or carcinogens in the air. For the best result, Allow the wax to form a complete melt pool before extinguishing. ALWAYS… Trim the wick to about 1/4" before every burn.
CAUTION: Failure to follow instructions could result in fire hazard or injury. Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings, or other flammable materials. Keep wick centered & trimmed to 1/8" to ensure even burning & prevent the flame from becoming too large. Burn only on a stable heat resistant surface for not more than 4 hours at a time. Keep out of drafts. Discontinue use when only 1/2" of wax remains on the bottom. Do not move candle while burning or if the wax is hot. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
All of 1820 Co. products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to 1820 Candle Co. within 7 days of delivery.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered.
You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at the1820co@gmail.com for further details.
