Black Fig 72% Dark - California dried black mission figs to add a rich flavor and chewy texture to our fruity 72% Madagascar dark chocolate. This award-winning bar is sure to please everyone! Origin: Single-Estate Akesson Plantation.

Brown Butter with Nibs + Sea Salt:  Browned butter from local Rumiano Organic Farm, is blended to perfection with our 73% Northerner Blend dark chocolate. Each bar is finished by hand with roasted cacao nibs and sea salt to create the dreamiest of textures, both creamy and crunchy. Perfect on its own or paired with your favorite wine!

Orange Bourbon Pecan Dark -For this holiday bar inspired by one of our favorite pies, bourbon soaked pecans are candied with maple syrup and orange and sprinkled on the back of a silky 65% Belize dark chocolate that's been combined with orange essential oil.

Hazelnut Milk - Delicately roasted Oregon hazelnuts have been paired with our exceptional milk chocolate made from earthy Brazilian cacao and old-fashioned, A2/A2 whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm. This dreamy milk chocolate features minimal ingredients with 55% cacao content.

The Chocolate Story. 

Deeply rooted in a background of woodworking and boat building, we have always loved working with our hands. The concept of craft has been a guiding principle in our lives. We became fascinated with a new challenge and loved the idea of reinventing the chocolate experience. In 2010 we bought some small-scale equipment and began making chocolate from the bean. We use organic cacao and organic cane sugar in our chocolate. We hope you will get as much enjoyment as eating our chocolate as we do making it.
